Past Pupil Testimonies
Prince Bediako (last year at Trinity was 2006), completed Law degree at City University, now sitting Law Exams
“I joined Trinity School from Germany in 2001, aged 13. I immediately felt welcomed and everyone made a conscious effort to make my transition easier. The teachers at school were remarkable, they always were willing to listen and help when there was a problem or when I was unable to understand something. I was able to make great lifelong friends which partly can be put down to the unique ethos of the school.
I subsequently attended City University London to read Law, something I do not think I would have perceived possible had I not received the education and support from the teachers at school who helped me believe it was possible through dedication and hard work. I am currently sitting my law school exams after which I hope to qualify as a solicitor.”
Tracie Ooi (last year at Trinity was 2009), now at Kings College London studying Dental Surgery
“Coming from Singapore to study at Trinity School had been a unique experience. In my two years of study here, I had been taught by very motivated and passionate teachers who make learning a joy. There was always ample opportunity to seek help when I could not understand a problem. The classes are small enough to be considered one-on-one tutoring that each of us was able to learn at our own pace. I was impressed at the flexibility of our timetables and how the school allowed the students to take the subjects we wanted such that no two students shared the same combination. When crunch time came to choose my university courses, the support I was given was immense. Before coming here, I would have never been encouraged to do my very best and because of all the support and encouragement I was able to get in my dream course at university. I am currently in my third year in Dental Surgery at King’s College London.
Being at Trinity School opened my eyes on Christianity. I had never been more challenged to keep the Word of God close to my heart and it was the start of my journey of building foundations for my faith. The teachers and staff also served as Christian role models to look up to. It has been a blessing to have been able to study here as it has opened doors I never imagined and strengthened my faith. If one word were to describe the drive behind Trinity School, it would be Love – God’s love reflected by the teachers and non-teaching staff that no doubt made this school a cut above the rest for me.”
